Meeting was called to order by B~ayor H B Harrison. All memebers
of the council were present. Yiinutea of the previous meeting were
read and approved.
~e following bills were preaenred and approved.

Bill from '~ W Hunt for ,~9.®8 for gravel was disallo~~ed on the
grounds that he owed the City this gravel in return for gravel
he had taken from the Citi.ea gravel. concession.
firs W E Tucker appeared Before the Council and asked that she be
paid five cents per foot for eighteen Peet oP pipe which she
claims was taken feom her place by bdr. Hamilton.
By motion by C M Agee and second by Ald. Holton the City Sect .y
was instructed to credit Mrs. Tuckers water account with .90.
Carried.
By motion by Ald. Holton and second by C m Agee the City Sect y.
was instructed to nllow M 0 Sorensen X1.50 on his water account
that he claims he had paid..

By motion by Ald Agee and second by Ald. Holton the matter
of cleaning the alleys was refered to the Street and Alley
Committee with power to act.
By motion by Ald. Counts and second by Ald. Agee the Sooty.
was instructed to ask far bid for reroofing the flat roof
part of the city hall bldg. bide to be opened at next meeting.

The street and allay committee was given power to act in the
correction of the condition of a section of the street at
Main and Fourth where concrete was omitted.
By motion by Ald. Counts and 3eci~rid by Ald. Boyle the tool
House on the site of water well was ordered converted into
a garage by removing the floor and filling in with gravel
and installing double doors at one end. Work to be done b8
Hamilton and twin.

The Council requested the City Atty. to look up the
law governing the sale of city streets and alleys by the
,~~ City Council,
Ly moti on by Ald. Agee and Second by Ald.Boyle the County
was given permission to use eacesa dirt from ditches to fill in
property to be used for site of Justice Court House.
Carried.

osition tom Norris Broa. f'or removal of gravel .Prom the Cities
R R gravel concea:ion. The Sec' y. read the pro osition to the
'~ Council which was accepted by a motion by Ald~ounts and second
by Ald. Agee. Carried,
BY motion by Ald. Counts and second by Ald. Agee the council
approved the employing of Joseph Glovgh to check gravel hauled
on to the dtreets by Norris Bros.
