departrr.ent in the budget vas overdravvnand asl~ed for authority
to continue payment of gravel hauling tickets. On motion by
ald. ~:oyle and second by ald. Counts the Secy. was authorized
to continue such payments until after next regular council
meeting at which time the deficiency ~r~ould be provided for in
a revision of the uudget.

Tc~e City Sec' y. was instructed to write I~.r. J Hall Sheppard
and ~t'atzer f~alub of. St. Mary's University asking .them to
announce to their students that there would be a rigid police
regulation 1~iallo~vee:-~ night and any person caught destroying
or damaging property ~•dould be placed in the city jail until
the following morning.
The City Sea'y. was instructed to deduct X4.00 from the next paymen
to R H F3e,ker for a like amount paid to him for disposing of
dog carcasses, through error as the City Atty. advised that
it was part of l~~r. Fakers duty as City Larshal to attend to
such duty.
