St. Mary's University asking .them to announce to their students that there would be a rigid police regulation 1~iallo~vee:-~ night and any person caught destroying or damaging property ~•dould be placed in the city jail until the following morning. The City Sea'y. was instructed to deduct X4.00 from the next paymen to R H F3e,ker for a like amount paid to him for disposing of dog carcasses, through error as the City Atty. advised that it was part of l~~r.
