by a motion by Ald, Counts and second by Aldo Roark the City Sec°yo
was instructed to have identification mark placed on all city toolso
Aldo Boyle made a motion which was s®conded by Aldo Roark that the
City Sec° yo notify L E Erwin that unlee othervrise instructed his
services will be confined to three days per week hereaftera

A committee from the Bayshore Garden Club composed of L~,rso G J Palmer
and I;.rso Kater was present asking for permission to plant a permanent
tree of light in the triangle at five pointso It developed that
~~ the State Highway De t~. planned to pave the triangle as part of the
Highway but that Prr/pOldham had agreed to allow the tree to be planted
on his property in front of the Texas Coo b~.lling Stationo
By unanimous agreement the Council went on record as approving the
work of the Garden Club ~n their movement to place a permanent tree
of Light in La Porten
Upon motion by Aldo Boyle and second by Ald a Counts the City Sec ° yo
sues instructed to make satisfactory ad3ustment to Iass-o L Nelson
of her taxeso

Upon motion by A1daBoyle and second by Aldo Counts it was agreed
that the V~V P A Lhgineer be requested to transfer the men from the
Lobit St o i project to the rI Street Project as soon as the cut is
completed to the corner of E and Lobit Strso

The City Secs ya was instructed to notify all property ovrners who
veers vaithin 100 feet of City sevaer main and had not connected to
do so by Feb° yo 1 19360
Upon motion by Aldo Boyle and second by Aldo Roark9Fire Chief Isensee
be instructed that hereafter only the Reo be taken to a fire outside
the city limits except in case of a second alarmo
