A1d.Counts coved, second by ~'.1d.Boyle, that the letter lotting out the opinion of the City Attorney on the Bond of the Pyramid Roofi~ Co. be sent to said Conpar~y and that they be advised that when the Bond ca~.- plies :ith: the prov:~sions set out in this opinirns the Ca~parry will be paid in full. Carried :Water Connection- Jones F~ouse,Broadway On motion of A1d.Boyle, second by A1d.Counts, the conication tp :.Srs E.r.S:aith regarding the water connection at the Janes house on Broadway iQas placed on file for future reference.
