h:eeting was called to order by Mayor H B Harrison.
`.Phe following members of the council were present.
Ald . Boyle, Roark and Holton, and Counts .
A bill from J R Goodman for X2.40 was approved and ordered
paid.
By a motion by Ald. Bogle and second by Aid. Counts.
the City Secs y. vvas instructed to have the Bond made by
th Pyramid Aesbestos and Roofing Co. cancelled and a
warrant for X75.00 in full settlement of the contract,
sent t o them .

By a motion by Ald. Boyle and secIDnd by Ald. Counts
the City Secy. was instructed to in wire into the '
legality of awarding the renewal of the Cries fire s.nsurar_ce
to Plir. J I Kiibler and if found to be legal that policies be accepted
and the premium paid.

for audit in, the cities accounts from April ono 1935 to 1.Tarch 31st 193b
and checking accounts from April one 1936 to April lath. 1936 be awarded
to the Auditing fire of Learned and Tapp .on their low bid of ;150.00
