Approval of
election Returns
By a motion by Ald. l;oyle and second by Ald. ~~olter~
the returns of the election held April 7th. 1936 as '~
presented by the election F3oard was approved.
Carried.
By unanimous cone.ent of the council the board ~~
adjourned dine Die.

who called for roll call, which resulted as fellows:

suggestion that a speoial meeting be called for appointments and
general business on any night •found by the mayor to be suitable.

ch.srge of this work: Aldermen Boyle, Ruff & Roark.

The F~iayor appointed Ald.Holton ~ Moyle as a committee to look in
to the conditi on :'of the' junk yard on the Sheppard property ad jacent
to the Howald property and report at the special meeting of the
J~.ounc il.
On motion of "l.d. Boylt~, second by Ald. Holton adjournment was
taken.
~`~f'ter adjournment it was discovered that the bill for the election
judge and clerks had not been approved. The mayor therefore called
an ad jourraed meeting and the bill was approved.
