Requisitions
T;otion by Ald. Ruff,second by Ald. Roark, that requisitions must be applied
for en all goods purchased for the City. Carried
Chevrolet Coupe
T.Iotion by Ald. Boyle,second by A1d.Ruff, that the City Secretary issuo a re-
quisition to Tips il~otor Cv. for a 1929 Chevrolet coupe, for the purchase price
of ~~25.00 to be paid on or about January 1,1937. Carried.
Building Permits
motion by A_11d. Ruff,second by Ald. Boyle, that the City advertize the rates
of the City Building Permits with a display ad. two columns, six inches, in the
City's official paper and that the City require contractors to make application
for permit before construction or repair work is started. Carried.
Delinquent Tax Drive
T~Zotion by Ald. Ruff, second by A.ld. Agee that the City Council instruct the Tax
Collector to get up delinquent tax statements to furnish the City Attorney for
collection and the City Attorney is instructed to proceed v~rith the collection
by suit as necessary. Carried.
?~".t.V. Sullivan Taxes
motion by Aid. Ruff, second by Ald. Roark, that if T~7.V. Sullivan t~ri11 pay up
the total ammsunt of his taxes now dLie the City, the City z"rwll allow him 6°1
interest per annum, on the;59.82 zvhieh the City owes him, from the date it
was due him. Carried.

issuo salary tivarrants for the City employees on Thurs~.ay, December 2~th, at noon. ±
