Rufi', that the ~Tayor and City Secretary cheer up on the amount of refund due Saasido Realty Co. on taxes and i~' the aazount claimod is found to be correct that a warrant for `~86.1~.0 be drawn in favor of the Seaside Realty Co. to be applied on 1936 taxAS• Carried. The cancelled ~~arrants were presented to the Council. Motion by Ald. Ruff, second by Ald. Boyle that these 1iTar- ' rants be turned over to the L•3ayor to be burned in the presence of at least tiro witnesses and that proper affidavit be Wade and filed in the offi~¢e of the City Secretary.
