Pvieeting was called to order by Mayor Protein huff, with the fo11ow3ng
Aldermen responding to roll call, C.hl. Agee, r^.R. Boyle, J.J. Roark,
Fred R. Ruff.
P~?inutes of the last regular and special meetings were read and ap-
proved.
~~ayor Sharp came in at this point and took the chair.
I~:ri~ E.C. Downms.n and PJ~r r+.A. Reynaud appeared before the Counc~.l
at this time to ask that the street betvreen Block 20 and Block 21
1?ay Front, be opened from Parl~ ~ve~ to Roscoe Ave.
Street Lotion by Boylo, second by Agee, that the City Secretary be in-
opened structed to write Mr J.~~'. Shelor asking that he remove the fence
from the street between Block 20 and Block 21, Bay Front, from
Park Ave. to Roscoe Ave. by August lOtYi,1937, stating to &Sr
Shelor that the Gity at its earliest convenience will remove the
t~'ees and shrubs and grade the street. Carried
P,~otion by Ruff, second by Roark, that the removing of the trees
and grading of the street to be opened betareen Block 20 and Block
21 , Bay Front ba turned over to the Street and Alley Committee.

Meter bill Motion by Boyle, second by Ruff, that the balance due on the S~rorth-
ington- Gagnon Meter Co. bill be paid in full and that 25 additional
paid meters be ordered. C~.rried.

orized to buy a '"~~die from Roy Cline for tlas sum of X20.00•
