P:Seeting wa.s called to order by Mayor Sharp, with the following Aldermen responding to roll call; C.n~~. Ages, P.L. Benson, J.J. P.oark. Alderman n.n. Boyle came into the meeting a little later. The ~~"ayor stated that the purpose of the meeting was to accept the cleaning and painting job on the City '°,'ater Tank and Tower and to authorize the payment of the contract price. The report of A.'`'.'. Pfeiffer, inspector Por the City was presented in which he stated that the job had been completed in a satisfactory manner. "_otion by Agee, second by Benson, that the City Council accept the cleaning and painting job on the City Mater Tangy and Tower, just com- pleted by Claud Boatright, contractor. Carried. Boatright motion by Agee, second by Roark, that the TJlayor and city Secretary be Warrant authorized to issue a warrant on the Delinquent Tax Fund in the amount of ~327.QO, the contract price on the cleaning and painting of the City Water Tank and Tower, payable to Claud Boatright, the contractor, warrant to be delivered to Per Boatright when the following persons have been sat- isfied as to their claims of damage to cars: Morris Lyons, Floyd Z~Yebb, Jack Beck, and B.P. Lehmberg, and the Trustees of the Conununity Church on the damage to the Community Parsonage. Carried. r7otion by Boyle, second by Benson, that the Council take adjournment.
