College July 18th to July 23, 1~3a. Carried Drainage Dr. L. Sandel appeared before the Council stating that the lack of 5 Points drainage at Five P~, ir_ts along Eroadcray created a health menar_ce, and also tha~he was going to open up an office at Five Poi~s s.nd was in- terested in securir..g proper dra,inag;e for this area. Mr. F. I?. Boyle reported that an appropriation for work at Five Foint has 'Teen made, and that the ti:~ce of carryir~- out the ~ wor'_-- rests with the Texas ITi~;h- wa.y Department .
