Tax Rolls Delinquent Tax Rolls for the years 1933,1934,1935,1936 and 1837 were
Delinq. submitted by P„rs ?~`.O.Lambly, City Secretary and Tax Colleotor and were
exa-cined by the Council. Alderman Ruff then offered a motion, seconded
by Alderman Boyle, that the Delinquent Tax Rolls be approved as follows:
1933 Roll, Delinquent June 10,1Q34 p10,521.63

1935 Roll, Delinquent June 30,1936 ~ 9,395.27

Bills The City Secretary reported the payment of bills as ordered, as follows:

The Secretary also read a letter of thanks from the Eureka Fire Hose Div.
of the United States Rubber Co. for the payment of 1/`3 of their note plus
interest to December 15th.
installments It~'-otion by Boyle, second by Ruff, that the following installments and bills
be taken care of as they come due: N.A. Johnson '10.00, Jan.lst,1939 payment
on contract, Browning Ferris note of X150.00 plus interest due to Jan,1,1939,
Goodyear Tire ~ Rubber Co. ~25.L;L~ less 2;' discount, Burroughs Adding ;Sach.Co.
.8.00 for 1939 servicing. Carried.
amilton The City Secretary reported that A.5. Hamilton wanted to take his vacation
~Tacation beginning February 1st. This request was granted on motion by Ruff, second
by Roark and carried by those present.

Narrants Notion by Ruff, second by Boyle, that wtiarrant No.2405, dated Dec.l7,1p38,in
Ratif ied the amount of '~I~x~00, in favor of Jack Olive, be ratified and that the Mayor
and City Secretary be authorized to issue a warrant to A.:'. Hamilton in pay-
ment of his time during his 10 day vacation period beginning Feb.lst,lg39.

New Maps hlderman Ruff reported that he had ordered 6 maps made for the City in
accordance with Council action of ~~+ovember 28, 19381 also four rollers
and linen headings for mounting the CityTs 1a. cloth maps.
Map to Potion by Boyle, second by Roark, that Fred Aartman be presented vrith a
Hartman City D`~ap in appreciation of his cooperation in the preparing of the material
for the printing of the new maps for the City. Carried.
Price of ~:`otion by Ruff, second bar Boyle, that a regular price of X2.50 each be
Maps charged to individual citizens for the new City h;aps. Carried.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, on motion
by Ruff, second by Boyle, and carried by those present, the Council took
adjournment.
