Census The IJlayor read a report on the census, stating that the population of

Election The l~7ayor appointed the following to serve as Judge and 8lerks at the
Board Special City Election to be held on June 2y,191~.0: F.':`:. Reynolds,Judge,
"~.2rs L.U. Casteel and r;Zrs C.A. Kirchner as Clerks n:rs I-I.A. Kirkland and
,'ire Katie Isenses as Alternates. 1lSS Isensee had informed the iia.yor
thaat it would be impossible for her to serve and ialayor Sharp announced
that he would appoint another Alternate.
y~l~c. Insp. P_~ayor Sharp reported that S.R. Smith who has been acting as Electrical
Inspector for the City is now employed by Pfeiffer ~lectire Co. and it
Will be necessary to make a new appoint:aent to this position.

doors.

~~ff idavit The Assistant City Secretary presented an affidavit from the Daily
Sun of Goose Creek on the printing of the notice for the Special
City Election to be held on June 2g,19~.0. The affidavit was ordered
filed.
