Meeting was called to order by ~iiayor Sharp with the following alder men present; P. L. Benson, J. N. Johnson, J. J. Roark, Fred R. Ruff. Ie.Tinutes of the last regular.meetin July 22, 1940 were read and approved. Motion by Roark, second by benson that the following schedule of bills in the amount of 339.02 be ordered paid. _ R. L. Motion died for lack of a second. Rent,Fire Chief 1~otion by Benson, Second by Johnson that room rent of $20.00 per month be paid for Fire Chief, C.
