Piotion by Roark,second by Benson, that contract for extension of City sewer line by E.C. 1liills, in the alley running through blocks 218,221x. and 21",1., La Porte,San Jacinto Homes Addition, from the manhole on the north side of South B street to South E street, and contract for payments between Guy R. Hamilton and the City, be drawn up by the City httorney, City to pay E.C. r,4ills, contractor, ~1a'j1.1~0, Hamilton to pay the City $300.00 and to be reimbursed by the City at X9.25 per connection up. to ~71~.30,when each connection is made to the line. Carried. Renew Note The Assistant Secretary reported payment of interest and renewal of note of X500.00 to the First National Bank for 90 days.
