Irlotion by ~oark,secand by Norris that schedule be filed. Carried. Drainage Ald. C.F. Norris presented a letter from P.T. Lipseomb,Asst. Dist. Special 'Motion by Roark_,seccr~d by Johnson, that the City Secretary be instructed Deposit Fd to open a new Bank Account called the Special Deposit Fund and to place in that account all water and tax deposits acid all other deposits ex- cept those for extension of water lines, sewer lines and street shelling and that the T'ayor and City Secretary be authorized to issue a warrant in the amount of 736.L~1.~ transferring deposit funds nor in the General Fund to the Special Deposit Fund. Carried. Vacation City Secretary reported that the Assistant Secretary T~1iss Annie ~hrist- Asst.Secyc. ensen would be entitled to a 10 day vacation in October. r.Rotion by Johnson, second by A?orris, that the 8ssistant Secretary be offer..ed the alternative of continuing to work during the 10 day vaeatian period and that she be paid for double time but that if she prefers to take her vacation then additional help will be employed in the City Sec- retary's office during the time the Asst.
