Motion by Johnson, second by Norris, that Mar- garet Dean be notified that the City cannot legally reflind tho money on these improvements. Carried. Victory Tax Motion 'by Johnson, second by Norris, that the City adopt the Trictory Schedule Tax Schedule set up under the provisions of the Revenue Act of 19142 and that the City Secretary be instructed to use this schedule in deducting the Victory Tax from City employees salaries. ~~ Carried. ~~` +' Rent ~ Motion by Johnson, second by Norris, that the value of rent and Utilities utilities furnished the Fire Chief be placed at X20.00 Carried. l37 (Over) lrj$ Victory Tax r'~otion by Johnson, second by Norris, that the City Secretary be Bank A,oct. authorized to open a Victory fax Bank Account.
