Co• Carried. Audit Motion by Roark, second by Johnson, that the auditing of the City accounts be awarded to Lea2ined and Tapp on their bid of X135.00 Carried. Bill fi~otion by Norris, second by Roark, that the bill for flowers for R. }i. Baker be paid when bill is receivod. Carried. Corp. Court The i:Zayor. presented the Corporation Court Report for the month of Report February, lgl~3. Pdotion by Norris, second by Roark, that the Corp. Court Report as presented by the Mayor be accepted and that tho I:Mayor's .fees be paid. Carried. Bonds ~ Potion by I'Loarr., second by Johnson, that the '~7ayor and City Secretary Interest be authorized to purchase by ~~4arrant on the Int. ~e Skg. Bond Fund,:~.Y. Exchange in the amount of ~6,~b0.00, to retire 1~. City of La Porte Re- funding Bonds, Nos. 26, 27, 28 and 29 ~ X1,000,00 each and interest of ~21~60.00, due April 10, 191,i.3 and exchange in the amount of X16.15 from the General Fund to cover the cormnission of the P~lanufacture~•'s Trust Co. of P1. Y. for handling these Bonds, also that the I+~ayor a City Secretary be authorized to gay at the First National Ba k f P n o orte by ~~larrant drawn on the Int. & Skg. Sewer Fdg.
