I~ncorne Tax Tiotion by Johnson, second by Burgin, that the City adopt the Income Schedule Tax Schedulo set up under the Provisions of the Current Tax Payment Act of 19.3 and that the City Secretary be instructed to use this schedule in deducting the Incase Tax frcn~ ~'i''°~* empl~~~eets salariesi also the.t the City Secretary be instructed to o_~en a seperate ban}: acco~_mt for this withholding tax.
