Medting was called to order by Mayor Ruff with the following Aldermen and City Officials present: Ald: J. N. John®on, J. J• Roark, T. F. Smith, City Atty, giibler, City Secy. Christensen. Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. Resignation r.~otion by Johnson, second by Roark, that the-City Council accept the resignation of Mrs. F. R. Roberts, as Assistant Secretary, effective October 22, 191;.3. Carried. Corporation The Mayor presented the Corporation Court Reporter from September 1, Court Re- 1943 to September 30, 1943. port Motion by Johnson, second by Smith, that the Corporation Court Re- ports as presented by the Mayor be accepted and R4ayor's Fees paid. Carr iod. 1'ax Suit Motion by Johnson, second by Smith, that the matter of filing tax suit on Block 32 be turned over to the City Attorney for advise- ment. Carried. Ord.
