Busch appeared before the Council in Officer's regard to a Special Officers Commission Por Mr. J. C, Kesterson commission at Guy Williams place, J.C.Kester- Motion by Roark, second by Burgin, that the Mayor be authorized son to grand a Special Officer's Commission to Mr. J. C. Kesterson. Carried. Bills .Motion by Burgin, second by J®hnson, that the following schedu3e of bills, in the amount of X645.00, be allowed and ordered paid. Carried. audit Motion by Johnson, second by Smith, that the City Secretary be instructed to get bids on the audit of the City books. Garried. Bid; mn Caean-The Mayor asked for Bids on the Cleaning, Painting and Repairing Painting, & of City Water Tank and Tower to be opened. Bids were opened and Repairing of tabulated as fellowsl- B. B. Bettell & San, X6,943, Claud Bcat- Water Tank & right, X1577.50 plus addidional cost for weld ing and material, Tower ~ ~ ~ Ace Service C®, X1,098.00 plus X6.,00 par hour far any melding that the City deems necessary and an additional cost of ~1~0.00 for aluminum pi~ia~t in the place of blank graphite.
