Stray Dogs Mayor Ruff stated that he had contacted the S.P.C.A. in regard t• a plax for picking up stray dogs in La Porte and was expectixg a 31~ letter from them in regard to thii4~eatter. Sigxs-Dump Grouxd Ald. Smith reported that the sigxs had been placed at the Bump Ground. State & County Motion by Johnson, secoxd by Smith, that the letter Prom the taxes-delg. Sewer Motion-by Smith, second by Norris, that the City clean the sewer ix the alley in back •f Shell Service Station and if xeeessary after investigation is made, place vent at clean out trap at Station.
