Motion by Stewart, secoxd by Crate that Ordix~a~ace No. 344 beixg AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FIRE LI'~fITS; REGULATING BUILDING CONSTRUCTION AND ALTERATIONS; PROVIDING FOR PERMITS AND FEES; AND PROVIDING THE FOLL01fiFING: ANY PER SON VIOLATIIu'G ANY OF THE PRO- VISIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE SHAD, BE DEEMED GUILTY OF A MISDEb'IEANOR AND UPON CONVICTION SHALL BE FINED IN ANY SUM NOT TO EXCEED ~I00.00.
