MINUTES - SPECIAL MEETING
LA PORTE CITY COMMISSION - DECEMBER 9, 19l~7
10:00 A. M.
Special meeting of the City Commission was called to order
by Mayor Pfeiffer with the following members and city offi-
cials present: Commissioners Jas. S. Crate Jr. and Jas. E.
Stewart, Supt.of Public Works Raleigh Erwin, John T. Mc Afee
representing Wyatt C. Hedrick, City Engineer, A. H. Lambert
Editor and owner of the La Porte Reporter, the City's offi-
cial newspaper, City Attorney Jno. S. Kiibler and City Clerk
J. E. Muldoon.
A general discussion was held with Mr. Mc Afee as to the
prices of sewer and water extensions reouested by Mr. W. W.
Mc Millian on his property in Blocks 7, $, 226, 239, ~0
and 251 in the city of La Porte. The matter was referred
to Mr. Mc Afee for study, and he is to report back to the
Commission as to his findings .
There being no further business to come before the Board,
upon motion by Crate, second by Stewart, the meeting ad-
3ourned.
Carried.
