Special m®eti~g of the City C~nission was called to order by Mayor,
Pfeiffer, with the following members and oity officials present:
Commissioner Jas• E. Stewart, City bttorney Jno• S. giibler, Supt.
of Public Works Raleigh Ervin., and City Clerk J. E. Muldoon.
• Motion by Stewart, second by Pfeiffer, that Ordinance No. 353, being

PCRTE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING THE INTEREST ON, AND A S INgIldG FUND
FOR, THE REDEMPTION OF "CTPY OF LA PC~TE REFUNDING BONDS, SERIES
1935"~ "CITY OF LA PC~TE SEYGER FUNDING BONDS, SERIES 1938", CaY
OF LA PCRTE SEWER REFUND ING BONDS-, SERIES 19~l.~." AND "CITY OF LA
PORTE ViTATER SYSTEM REFUNDING BONDS, SERIES 19l~.6", AND FOR PAYING
CURRENT EXPENSES OF SAID CITY,
be adopted as read.
Carried.
Motion by Stewart, second by Pfeiffer that the First National Bank
of La Porte, depositor for the city funds, be requested to increase
their seouritdy, depositing with the National Bank of Commerce,
Houston, Texas, to the sum of X60,000.00.
Carried.
Motion by Stewart, seoond by Pfeiffer, to sell old Sunk sohool bus
to hrs. L. L. Pcuzder:, for X15.00, this being the highest bid re-
ceived for same.
Carried.
Motion by Stewart, second by Pfeiffer, that the meeting adjourn.
Carried.
