Special meeting of the City Commission was Dolled to order by Mayor Pfeiffer, with the following members and City offioials present: CoAnnissioner Jas. S. Crate, Jr., Supt. of Public ~°lorks Raleigh Erwin, John T. Mc Afee and John Withera, representing Wyatt C. Hedrick, City Engineer, City Attorney Jno. S. Kiibler, and J. E. Muldoon., City Clerk. The City Clerk notified the P~ayor that Mr. D. W. Wright would be unable to servo on the Election Board April 6, 19t~8. N:ayor Pfeiffer appointed Hallie '+'Gright, Presiding Judge, Arbela Ralston, Assistant Judge, Odell Brown, Clerk, and Mrs. Robert Baer, Clerk, to supp- lement Board appointed March l~.th, 1918. The Mayor instructed the City Clerk to notify all managers of the Election Board to be at the City Hall at 7:30 A. M., to be sworn in.
