Regular meeting of the City Commission was called to order by Mayor H. J. Pfeiffer, with the following members and city officials present: Commissioners Jas. S. Crate, Jr., arr. Vfim. P. Jones, Supt. of Aablio YPorks Raleigh Er~rin, Yam. Maness, representing Wyatt C. Eedrick, City Engineer, City Attorney Carl C. Fe,triok, and J. E. Mulcibon; City Clerk. Minutes of the last meetings were read and appraved. ~.e Coymission unanimously authorised the City Clerk to issue building permits for repair of roofs, to A. Mouton and Hance Buseh, et al. The Coamnissian instructed the City Clerk to write H. R. Rickel ixi connection with his fence enclosing various streets and alleys in the City. The Ccunmissian instructed tt~e City Clerk to write C®cil Wrogg, accepting his offer to spray oil on the city streets for ~.06~ per gallon. Cammiissioner James introduced a Resolution and moved itts adoption. The mvticm. was seconded by Caan¢nissianer Crate.
