Speoial meeting of the City Commmission was called to order by Mayor I3. J.
Pfeiffer, with the following members and city officials present: Commissioner
Jas. S. Crate, Jr., Wm. Maness, representing V~yatt C. Hedrick, City Engineer,
and J. E. Muldoon, City Clerk.
~1r. Wm. P,~ianess presented the City Commission with preliminary plans drawn by
the Texas Highway Department and dated October, 191ag, Office of Jim Douglass,
District Engineer, District No. 12, which widens and makes the "5 Points"
more accessible to traffic.
Upon motion by Commissioner Jas. S. gate, Jr., duly seconded by Mayor Pfeiffer,
the City Commission approved the plans as submitted by Mr. Maness, representing
Wyatt C. Hedrick, City Engineer, and authorized him to take whatever notion was
necessary to make these plans a reality.
Carried.
Motion by Crate, seconded by Pfeiffer, instructing Wyatt C. Hedrick, City
Engineer, to answ®r letter dated October 19, 19Ii.9, from the State Department
of Health, Austin, `iexaet, relative to eomstruetion of new Imhoff tank.
Carried.
Motion by Crate, second by Pfeiffer, that the meeting adjourn.
Carried.
