Ater much discussion on the bids opened July 19, 1951, for the constructs on of additions to the ~'errage Treatment slant, it ~va.s decsded to reject all bids for the reason lowest bid e.>ceeded money available for :~rork pla:~~ed. LTotio~ by Jones, second by Horgan, to reject all bids opened Ju.1.y 19, 1951, for the construction o~ additions to the Sewage Treatment Plant. Carried.
