Upon reading the Ordinance i_Tl full, Commissioner Burgin made a motion, tirlrich was

read and approved upon motion by Blmgin, second by Jones.
Carried.
The ~ 3, 000 bonds of L. R. Rigby and Robt~rt 'A. ;"~~l~,ite for Comrri.ssioners,eiecuted
by a Corporate Surety, vrere read and approved upon motion by Burgin, second by
Jones.
Carried.
Mercer D,Burgin T~ras administered the Oath of Office by ti7m. P. Jones, a Notary
Public.
L. R, Rigby and Robert A. ~'dhite were administered the Oath o£ Office by ~Tm. P.
Jones, a Notary Public.
Rev. John Eichorn said a prayer for the ne•~vly elected administration, the out-
going administration, and the City.
Before adjourning, Mr. Jones said he appreciated working ~ri.th~the outgoing
Commission, and while he did not always agree, and vote, with them, he voted as
he thought was best for all interests concerned, and would leave his office
with a kindly Pealing for those he hac3 tirorked zryrith, and his services :~rere always
available to the newly elected Commission.
