The Commission unanimously a~ra`rded contr^ct to the B and F Ditching Company for constructing a 6'~ sevrer main from existing main to the praposed colored school, furnishing all labor, materizl end equipment, the City to assist in clearing and preparin ground through alley , as well as clearing out crater lines anti other utilities that are in the tray, the City being respon- sible for the maintenance of street crossings; coz.2plcte job to beu.80 per foot.
