spray the city one time gratis, for advertising purposes. The Commission

The Commission instructed the City i~ttorney to loop into the mattex of
Social. Security for city employees, ~~,nd give a report at t he ncrt regul~
meeting.
I~~ayar Burgin gave a report on his meeting ?with the Fire Tnsur ante Division
in Austin, in rrllich he told the Conir?:ission of the things the Fire Commiss-
ioner requested the City do in order to beep their key rate.
motion by l'hite, second by Rigby, to ap?~rove the building application made
by C. ~. Agee, fee remodelir,E, building on part of Lot 22, Bloch 58, La Porte.

The Commission unanimously a~ra`rded contr^ct to the B and F Ditching Company
for constructing a 6'~ sevrer main from existing main to the praposed colored
school, furnishing all labor, materizl end equipment, the City to assist in
clearing and preparin ground through alley , as well as clearing out
crater lines anti other utilities that are in the tray, the City being respon-
sible for the maintenance of street crossings; coz.2plcte job to beu.80 per
foot.
