Special. meeting of the City Commission was called to order by Mayor M.D. Burgir_~ with the following members and city officials present: Commissioners L. R.Rigby aril Harold P. Pfeiffer, Special Attorney Jno. S. Kiibler? and Ci~ly Clerk J. E. Muldoon. The purpose of this meeting was to pass refunding bond ordinance on X20,000 City of La Porte Stred; Improvement Refunding Bonds, Series 1.9511., prescribing the terms and conditions thereof, and levying taxes to pay the principal and interest t hereon, and to pass Ordinance No. t~68. The Mayor introduced an ordinance, No. 167, which was read in full. Commiss- ioner Rigby made a motion that the ordinance be adopted as read. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Pfeiffer, and carried by the following vote: AYES: Burgin Rigby, Pfeiffer. NOES: None. The Mayor declared that the ordinance had been finally adopted. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Pfeiffer, and carried by the following vote: AYES: Burgin, Rigby, Pfeiffer. NOES: None. The Mayor declared that the ordinance had been finally adopted.
