Special meeting of the City Commission was called to order by Mayor M. D.
Burgin, with the follo~ing members and city officials pr esent : Commissioners
L.R.Rigby and H. P. Pfeiffer, Special Counsel Jno.S. Kiibler, arrl. City Clerk
Frank G. Baker.
Also present were Mr. B. L. Eldridge, Contractor, ark Mr. Al Koeh7~r and Mr.
Chas.Brown~ representing Wyatt C. riedrick~ Engineer.
Motion by Pfeiffer second by Rigby
be required to do the resurfacing of
