Regular meeting of the City Commission was called to order by Mayor M.D. Burgin, with the following relit ers and city officials present: Commiss- ioners L. R. Rigby and H. P. Pfeiffer, Special Counsel Jno.S. Kiibier, and City Clerk Frank G. Baker. Also present were Mrs. Wm. A. Stabs, representing the press, Night Watchman Jho. Chnpag e, and Mr. Tate Mr. Mason, representing the Texas Freight Company. Minutes of t he last meeting w ere read and approved.
