Regular meetirg of the City Co.. ~' ssion was called to order by Mayor M.D. ~3urgin~ with the following msmb ers aml city officials resent : Commissioners L. R. Rigby and H. P. Pfeiffer, Special Counsel Jho. S. Kiibler, Supt. of Public Mocks 31T.A. Arthur, and City Clerk Frank G. Baker. Also present were Mrs. N. A. Stabs, Sr., Report, and Mr. H. B. Harrison. T~ginutes of the last -meeting w ere read and approved. Motion by Rigby, second by Pfeiffer, that application of T. E. Bolding fcr taxicab permit, be reneged. Carried. Motion by Pfeiffer second by Rigby that City accept $235.00 from B. L. Eldridge Co., Inc. ~ `in lieu of street material. Carried. Motion by Rigby secorrl by Pfeiffer, that Richardson Dragline Service be paid ~1~000.00 for construction cf sewer ~;r,P in Block 15~ Bay From. Carried. Motion by Pfeiffer, °secoxri by Rigby that Ordinance No. 189, be adopted as read. " - Carried.
