L. R. Rigby, Special Counsel Jno. S. Kiibler, City Clerk Frank G.Haker and
Shpt. of Public VYorks W.A.Arthur.
Also present was Mrs. W. A,. Stabs press representative.
Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
Motion by Rigby second by Bnrgin~ that the Mayer be authorized to negotiate
with the First National Bank of La Porte, far interest plans on surplus tan
and water .moneys.
Carried.
Commissioner H. P. Pfeiffer came into the meeting at this tams.
Motion by Pfeiffer' second by Rigby that Ordinance No• X91, be adopted as
read.
Carried.
The caption of such adopted Ordinance reads as folla*s:

read.

Motion by Pfeiffer, second by Rigby, that the City Clerk notify the Insur-
ance company that the fo1l.o~ring names be dropped Eton the Au~liary Police
Department: Dennis Dunham, Hance Busch, Art S3.mpson~ Charles D. Boyle,
Tommie Wooldridge, Grady Parker John E. Eggers, Walt Springall,-Fred
Carey, R3.chard Gates, Joe W. Jackson and W. H. Peters. This action was
recommended by Chief of Police Jacobs and Captain George. H. Counts.
Carried.
