Regular meeting of the City Commission was called to order by Mayor M.D.
Burgin, with the following members and city officials preser~ : Commis sion-
ers L. R. Rigby and H. P. Pfeiffer, Supt. of Public e~orks W.A. Az~thur, Special
Counsel Jno. S. Kiibler, and City Clerk Frank G. Baker.
Also preserrt were Ernest L.Bravn, Jr., and a4rs. l'~. A. Stabs, Sr., reporter.

Mercer D. B~xrgin, Mayor, and L. R . Rigby and H. P. Pfeiffer, Commis siore rs,
were administered the Oath of Office by Frank G. Baker, a Notary Public.
motion by Pfeiffer, second by Rigbg~ that Ordinance No. 1197, be adopted as
read.
Carried.

Commissioner Pfeiffer introducted an ordinance ~rhich etas read in full.
Commissioner Pfeiffer made a motion that the ordinance be passed.
Comm-i..ssioner Rigby seconded the nation. The mation~ carrying with it
the passage of the ordinances prevailed by tine foLoe~.ng vote:
