Motion by Pfeiffer, seco~ by Rigby, that plans for La Porte Terraca Subdivision be accepted, subject to final plans. A cB.scussion was held an alleys ~ ease- ments. Carried. Mot3.an by Pfeiffer, second by Rigby, to give Fire Chief J. 0. Rollins a check in the amount of X200.00 for Firenenfs Training School at A. & M. College, and ax~r unused pc~rti on be returned to the City. Carried. Motion by Pfeiffer, see®r~d by Rigby, that Dee Cottrell be relieved of Sob as City D®g Catcher, for reason of residence outside city limits. Carried, Motion by Pfeiffer, second by Rigby, that Wm. A. Stabs, Jr., be employed as Assistant Fire Marshall, salary t® be 10 gall®ns of gasoline per month. Carried. Motion by Pfeiffer second by Rigby, that C~dinance No. 500, be adopted as read.
