Regular meeting of the City Commission was called to order by Mayor M.D.
Burgin, with the follov~ring members aril city officials present : Commissioner
L. R. Rigby, Special Counsel Jno. S. Kiibler, Supt. of Public '"forks W.A.
Artrur, and City Clerk Frank G. Baker.
Also present was Mrs. ~'~,A. Stabs, Sr., Reporter.
Motion by Rigbyt second by Burgin, that Ordinance No. SCE. be adopted as read.
The caption of such adopted Ordinance reads as follows:

Mr. Simeon Hyde, anti Attorney representing the Bayside Terrace :addition,

Dennis Dumham appeared before the Commission to di.s cus s Siren for Fire
Department; also helmets and ice bc~x.
Commissioner H. P. Pfeiffer came into the meeting at this time.
