Regular meeting of the City Commission was called to order by T~ayar' &Z. D.Btmgin,
with the following members and city officials present: Commissioners L,. R. Rigby
and~H. P. Pfeiffer, Special Counsel Jno. S. Kiibler, and City Clerk Frank G,
Baker.
Also present were Mrs, Stabs and I~Zr. Oglby, reporters, aril Cdr. P~Iabry and. Mr,
Koermer, from Shell Oil Company.
Shell Oil Company bid X25.00 per acre, a total of X7,500.00 far a period of
three years on oil and gas lease at Airport.
I~.~Iotion by Rigby second by Pfeiffer, that City execute three year lease on
Airport property at X25.00 per acre for first year, as~d X5.00 per year bonus
for the remaining two years.
Carried,
Motion by Rigby, secondby Pfeiffer, that Ordinance No. 507, be adopted as read.
The caption of such adopted Ordinance reads as follows:
AN ORDINANCE CONFIR~9ING THE SALE OF AN OIL, GAS, AND I~Nr'~AL LEASE
TO SHELL OIL COD,~ANY AS1D AUTHORISING THE EXECUTION QF SUCH LEASE.

Motion by Pfeifer, second by Rigby that Ordinance No, 508, be adopted
as read. The caption of such adopted Ordinance reads as follows:

the City's depositary, and that a contract be entered into with the First National
