Regular meeting of the City Commission was called to order by Mayor M. D. DZrgin, wit ri the following members and city officials present: Commissioner L..R. Rigby, (H. P. Pfeiffer absent), Special Counsel Jno,S. Kiibler, and City Clerk Frank G. Baker, Also present were Mrs. Stabs, Reporter, and D~7.las ~,ker. Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved., The City Clerk was instructed to mail budgets to the County Clerk and the State Comptroller. Dallas 1'J~cer requested the City to f urnish a larger water line between ~.th and 5th Streets. The Commission promised action on this matter in the near future. D?otion by Rigby second by Burgin, that Ordinance No, 512, be adopted as read. The caption of such adopted Ordinance reads as Follows: AN ORDINANCE FIXING Ti3E BOUNDtuRY LIMITS OF THL CITY OF LA. Carried. A discussion was held on sewer line pertaining to Bertha Cook property. The Mayor w-i.ll check on this and report back to the Commission. Motion by Rigby second by Burgin, that surer line be extended to Block No. 152, La Porte, ~d cost of line, plus manholes be paid by Mayes ansi Grummet, Taps will be made ti°rith a X2.50 connection fee.
