Regular meeting of the City Commission was called to order }~y Mayas Pro=Tem
H. P. Pfeiffer, v~rith the foll_owi.ng present :• Commissioner -L. R. Rigby, Special
Counsel Jolui •S. Kiibler, and Assistant City Clerk .Fula Erv~rin, and Supt. W.A.Arthur.
Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.

bid of ~$~95.00 on•the' purchase of South;8! of LcJt No. 22, B~.ock-60, La Paste

W~iER.EAS, the City of La Porte has given notice, as required by the
City Charter and the laws of° th~_ State of_ Texas, that the City of La Porte will
sell the hereinafter described property; and, --- - --

responsible bidder for the hereinafter described ~ operty:
