Pfeiffera with the folloRir~g present: Canmissioner L. RR Rigby, Special Counsel John S. I~i3bler, Supt. W. A. Arthur, aril City Clerk Frank G. Balser. Also present eras Mrs. W. A. Stabs (Press). Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. Carried. Motion by Rigbya second by Pfeiffera that 2~ gross receipts check in the amount of X3,368.06, from Houston Lid ting & Parer Companq'a be accepted. Carried. Mot3.on by Rigby, second by Pfeiffer, that agreement with Hedrick, Stanley and Lightfoot, Architects, be accepted. .Carried. Motion by Rigby, second by Pfeiffer, ratifying the employment of Conger Hale as City Patrolman, effective February 15, 1958. Carried. Motion by lti.gbya sec~l by Pfeiffer, that note for ~ba000, at First National Barka be paid. Carried. Motion by ~3.gbya seco~ by Pfeiffera that application fcr taxicab, made bit Tt:anmi.e Bolda.nga be renewed. Carried.
