P. Pfeiffer, with the following Ix esent: Commissioners Boyle, Brown, Osburn and Lawler, Special Counsel Jno.S. Kiibler, Supt. W. A. Arthur, and City Clerk Frank G. Baker. Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved, Carried. Motion by Lawler second by Osburn, that Cit~* charge X2,00 per 1000 gallons to tank trucks at City Barn water tap. No water to be used fresn fire hydrantsq Carried, Motion by Boyle, second by Brown, that all city employees be given eight (8) holidays per year. Carried, Motion by Osburn~ second by Lawler, that Travelers s Hospital Insurance C©mmission be brokered through Robert Stephens, La Porte, Texas. Carried.
