Special meeting of the City Commission was called to order by L4ayer Pfeiffer, with the fmllowing members present: Commissioners Broarrn, Lawler, Osborn and Boyle, City Clerk Frank G. Baker, ar~i Special Counsel Jno. S. Kiibler. Also present were Doug Boyle, Doyle ':Vestergren, Ernest Brawn (F`iscal Agent for the City), ~.4rs, Kennedy, R~rs. Crate, and Dennis Dunham. T~br. Doyle ',!Vestergren presented petitions from the Citizens s Committee to the City Commission. These petitions were signed by a number of people whm were requesting the Cornr~i.ssion to add a s--~rimming pool to the proposed bend issue. hdotion by Osborn, second by Lawler, that the Commission enter int® executive session at this time. ~~r. Boyle opposed this motion; Carried. hR®tion by Brown, sec©nd by Osb urn, that petitions be accepted and placed on file. Carried. a2ation by Lawler, second by mown, that the meeting adjourn. Carried..
