P, Pfeiffer, with the f®11owi.ng members present: C®mmissimners Osborn, Lawler, Brim. and B®yle, Jnc, S. Kiibler, Special. Counsel, ~ff.A. Arthur, Supt,, and Frank Baker, City Clerk. Als® present were ~.~Crs, Kennedy, U'lendell ~.~ilkes, J®hn Hatcher, Doyle ~estergren, Carl Reich, Frank B®y1e, Jr,, Jim R011ins, Jim Holley (Press), ~,~r. Pendergrass (Press), Don Heard, and I~.4rs. ~urtishaw, I~?i.nutes of the last meeting were read and appr®veds Carried, Pass. Kennedy talked at length in favor of the s~ri_mming pool. Bids were received from the following companies f®r the construction ®f a 10,000 barrel ground storage tank: P.Zalaney X16, 0.1.94 Pail Constructie~n ce, 1LG,988,00 Grover Tank 15,270.83 (No bid bond) National Tank 15, 724, 00 Parkus Rig & Pu1.. Co. 14,467.27 (N® bid bond) P~4otion by Osborn, second by Bre~wn, that Ce~mmissioner Osborn be authorized to go over bids with Engineer and po7.1. Commission, and then award bid to their choice, Carried:. ligation by Br€~wn, second by Osborn, that b®nd issues and amounts remain the same, subject to the Il2ay0r~s conversation ti^~~i.th 1!~rchitect and Engineer c0n- cerninE; ~`i.re Station, Carried. Lotion by Laxvler, sec®nd by Osborn, that Ordinance be drawn for curfew law. Carried. Expixatien date ®n building and plumbing permits will be set by Attorney.
