Pfeiffer, with the Poll®wing members present: C®mmissioners Brc~x*n, B®yle, Lawler and Osburn, Special Counsel Jne. S. Kiibler, Supt. W.A.Arthur, and City Clerk Frank G. Baker. Als• present vrere Ralph Irving, h4r. Pendergrass (Press), Ernest Brown, Jr., (Fiscal Agent), Rev, Bob Thompson, Fire Chief Rollins, Dennis Dunham, Gould Cr®foot and Jim Holley (Press). Minutes of the last tw® special meetings and ®ne regular meeting was read and approved. Carried. Mayer Pfeiffer requested that the minutes reveal that he intends t© build a h®me in Block 5, Bay Front Addition, and the streets that will be opened are no more than aqy citizen would ask for. C~nissioner B®yle presented two cost items fr®m Wyatt Hedrick's office, and vranted tm know which price schedule could be used. Ordinance N®. 5d9 The Mayor intrc~uced an ordinance calling a bond election. The Ordinance was read in full and Commissioner Osborn moved that it be adopted. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Lawler and carried by the f©llowing v®te: AYES: Mayor Pfeiffer, Commissioners Lawler, Brim, Osborn and Boyle. NOES: None.
