Brawn, to build an all metal building at West "+~ain and S•uth 1st Streets. Carried. AZ®ti•n by Osborn, sec•nd by Lav~rler, that Secretary be authirized t• schedule all Fire Department equipment p•licies into •ne P©licy with the La P•rte Insurance Agency. Carried. A~ti•n by Lawler, sec•nd by Brs~vn, that a7.1 additi•nal equipH.errt n•t presently c•vered, be c©vered fmr liability insurance, vrith auttanatic c®verage far new equipment and borrmwed e quipment, Carried, ps®ti•n by Osborn, sec®nd by Lawler, that c•ntents p•licy expiring August 17, 1959, be renewed with La Porte Insur ange Agency far •ne year, Carried. A4•ti•n by Lawler, sec•nd by Brawn, that Dennis Dunham be appointed Assistant Fire I±~arshall (with n• pay), t• work with, and in the absence: •f Qould Crof••t. Carried. Moti®n by Osborn, second by Lawler, that Ordinance No. 571 be adopted as react. Motion by Osborn, second by Lawler, that City pay Poo3e Constructi®n Compar~y ~1l~,739.00 for the construction ®f 10,000 barrel: tank, subject to the approval of Commissioner Osbuxn after tank has been filled with water.
