A Cx Regular :~eeting of the City Commission was called to order by Mayor H. P. !w Pfeiffer, with the following present: Commissioners Brown, Boyle, Lawler and Osburn, Special Counsel Kiibler, Supt. Arthur, and t`ity Clerk Frank `g G. Baker. Also present vrere P. J. Mock, Bill Jones, Doug Boyle, Fire Chief Rollins CL, Gould Crofoot, Mr. ISemp, Jiro Holley, Dr, Davison, Robert White, Mr, Broyles, ~ Frank Hoot and W, A. Wright. G_ Q Carried, ~ Lotion by Boyle, second by Lavrler, that the bids on City Hall and Ii1ire Station ~ be postponed to December ~., and the base bid remain the same as the original (n, plans and specifications. Carried. The Mayor asked that the bids on water line extensions be openeai. Mr. Kerrp discussed the condition of the City Dump, and reoluested that the City take steps to improve the condition of the city dump. Motion by Osburn, second by Brrr~vn, tt:at the bill of meter repair to .Duffy Graves, be rescinded, Carried. Motion by Osburn, second by Lawler, that the water deposit on rental property. be raised to X10.00 per meter. w Carried, w ~4otion by Osborn, second by Lawler, that Ordinance No. 578 be adopted as read.
