LA PORTS CITY COP..?ISSION -APRIL 7TH, 1960

Special meeting of the City Commission was called to order by ?~?eyor H. P.
Pfeiffer, with the following members present: Commissioners Brown, ~3oyle,
and Lawler, Attorney Pitman, and CityClerk wank G. Baker.
The closing of Alley in Block 318 in exchange for an easement, was discusseal
at length.
Motion by Lawler, second by Brown, that Ordinance No. 582 be adopted, subject
to an easement of 16~ in width running N - S - Pry "I*t Street to "J'~ Street,
adjacent to Texas Avenue, dedicated to the use of public utilities, properly
executed and furnished to the Attorney for the City, before Ordinance No,
582 becomes effective.
Carried.
